Sally joined Residential Estates in March 2024 as our Short Term Lets Coordinator, bringing a strong background in customer care and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

With 17 years of experience as a hairdresser, Sally has honed her people skills and attention to detail - qualities she now applies to ensuring a seamless experience for both property owners and guests.

In her role, Sally focuses on helping landlords transition into the short term lettings market, maximising property potential, and overseeing smooth onboarding processes. She works closely with relocation companies and guests to match them with the right accommodation, ensuring all parties receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Outside of work, Sally enjoys staying active and exploring new restaurants.
