Steve joined Residential Estates in April 2019 as our Business Development Executive, bringing over 2 decades of experience in the property industry.

Before joining the team, he served as the Corporate Department Manager for a nationwide estate agency, where he oversaw a portfolio of more than 2000 properties across 40+ clients.

Steve specialises in helping clients maximise the potential of their property investments, offering expert guidance on market trends, returns, and strategy. With a strong understanding of lettings legislation, he ensures compliance and best practices are maintained across all operations. His AAT Level 2 qualification in Accounting supports his passion for financial forecasting and analysing market statistics to inform client decisions.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys a variety of sports, including golf, and is a proud Tranmere Rovers season ticket holder.
