Job Description

Due to the increased volume of sales within the property investment department of Residential Estates, an opportunity has arisen for someone to work in the aftersales team. The customer serviced based role involves a variety of tasks all focussed towards ensuring Residential Estates provide the very best customer service and that the sales team have a platform for further success.

Established for over 30 years and with some of the best developments in the UK market and a marketing machine that’s bringing warm and hot leads in, they now need a confident investment consultant to speak to clients. 70% of our sales are either repeat or referral.

Role

Building a relationship with our clients so that they feel we have supported them throughout the reservation period. Guiding investors firstly to exchange of contracts and then to completion. Liaising with developers and solicitors on a daily basis to unblock any issues and progress to a swift exchange/completion. Help introduce clients to external partners – i.e Mortgage brokers / Furniture suppliers / Tax advisors / Snagging firms. Update clients with regular build updates of our developments

Person

Someone with a customer services background, a team player that is willing at times to work extended hours, a problem solver that works well under pressure. Some form of experience in the property industry would be advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably higher grades in relation to English Language

  • Good Microsoft office experience
