Challenges, success and a dynamic environment are what attracted me to become involved in investments.

Since graduating from Liverpool John Moores University with a BSc Hons in Real Estate Management in 2002, I have been involved in many property related roles. My first was a General Practice Surveyor followed by spending 7 years delivering large construction and public safety projects for the public sector in the North West.

Through 2007/08, I was a successful Head-hunter in the construction and civil engineering recruitment industry, however my true passion has always been to be successful in the property industry and I returned to property in 2013 with Residential Estates where I progressed from Sales and Lettings Manager, to Branch Manager, to now reside as Investment Director.

I thrive in the busy sales environment at Residential Estates and my goals remain to provide my UK & global clients with more investment opportunities in the next year. I look forward to working on larger projects and leading my team into the challenges ahead.

I look forward to continue providing our turnkey solution packages for large buyers and funds who wish to buy development land and generate large-scale profit. Finding and selling the land, then selling for the buyers is my big aspiration and I am open to assessing viability of any project.

Through utilizing my social, organisational and business skills, I head a successful investments team and enjoy forming strong, trustworthy relationships with clients. Many of whom return to take advantage of my knowledge of the property investments industry and for the excellent off plan and instant income generating investments that are available. I promote between 15-25 developments at once, we cater for all investment profiles and requirements.

I'm known for my direct, honest and friendly approach to business and I pride myself in my passion for my work and ensuring that I provide the highest quality service possible at all times.
