Richard joined Residential Estates in June 2025. With over two decades of experience in the UK property market, Richard brings extensive knowledge and a deep passion for property investment. After earning his BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management in 2002, Richard began his career as a surveyor and valuer before transitioning into agency work in 2009. Since then, he has specialised in advising a global network of investors, consistently delivering high-yield, well-priced UK property opportunities.

As an Investment Consultant at Residential Estates, Richard focuses on helping clients build secure and diverse property portfolios. His expertise lies in identifying safe, income-generating properties that align with each client’s financial goals - whether it’s boosting income, planning for retirement, or creating a legacy for future generations.

Richard is a passionate advocate for client success, always driven by the satisfaction of helping individuals achieve their investment ambitions. He combines market insights with a personal, tailored approach to ensure every recommendation is grounded in both data and integrity.

Rich lives and breathes property - and with 16 years as a trusted agent, he remains committed to guiding investors through every step of their property journey.

Outside of work, Rich is a devoted father and self-proclaimed chauffeur to his two daughters. He’s a Liverpool FC supporter, an avid golfer, and also coaches a local U8 girls’ football team.
