The Old Post Office - Chipping Norton

Set in the heart of The Cotswolds in the sought after village of Chipping Norton, this 5 bedroom cottage will make the perfect addition to anyone’s property portfolio.

A beautiful detached Cotswolds honey stoned farmhouse from the 1860’s, fully refurbished to a high standard. Spread over 2,700 square feet & 3 floors, there’s plenty of room for everyone. There is parking for up to 4 cars on the private block-paved drive. It is ideally located only 3 miles from SOHO Farmhouse and features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms as well as full laundry and kitchen facilities.

16.2 miles from University of Oxford, 23.6 miles from Walton Hall and 24.9 miles from Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Located 7.5 miles from Blenheim Palace, the property provides a garden and free private parking.

The seller is exploring two options of sale. Firstly, as a going concern and holiday let with the business attached. This property is currently commanding £300 per night as a 4 bedroom property. With the current 5 bedroom setup this would increase for the new investor. Alternatively, the owner occupier market is also a viable option.
