Michael joined Residential Estates in August 2015 as our Investment Consultant, bringing with him over two decades of experience in the property sector. Before joining the team, Michael ran his own successful company specialising in the sale of both UK and overseas properties, giving him a well-rounded understanding of domestic and international markets.

At Residential Estates, Michael focuses on buy-to-let, short term let, and student property investments. He is passionate about guiding new investors through the often-complex property landscape, helping them make informed decisions that maximise returns and long-term value. Michael is particularly skilled in portfolio diversification, working closely with clients to identify strategic opportunities that complement and strengthen their existing investments.

Known for his practical, results-driven approach, Michael takes pride in helping clients not only understand the mechanics of property investment but also in optimising their assets for income, capital growth, and future flexibility.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing golf and is a dedicated supporter of Chester FC.
