Mark joined Residential Estates in October 2025 as our Business Development Executive, bringing with him an extensive background in law enforcement and property management, backed by over 30 years of leadership and client-facing experience. At his top level, Mark received 4 Chief Superintendents commendations, alongside multiple awards, including an Exemplary 30-year Service Award. Following his career, he worked as a Police Staff Investigator with Merseyside Police.

Mark also has previous experience in the property sector; he was involved in running a successful letting agency and worked closely with landlords and tenants.

In his role at Residential Estates, Mark focuses on network meetings, researching accommodation needs, and managing properties. He plays a key role in building and maintaining relationships with relocation agents, overseas partners, and corporate clients.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing tennis, walking, and supporting Preston North End.
