Lucy joined Residential Estates in August 2025 as our Lettings Coordinator, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and event management. After studying Maths, Psychology, and PE in Sixth Form, she spent three years working in hospitality, where she honed her time management, communication, and organisational skills while coordinating functions and events.

In her role, Lucy plays a key part in managing our long-term rental properties across multiple locations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both landlords and tenants. She is passionate about connecting the right tenants with the right properties and helping landlords achieve peace of mind throughout the letting process.

Outside of work, Lucy is highly active and enjoys competitive sport. She plays cricket for Buckley and also trains in boxing with the local Buckley club.
