We are currently looking for a motivated sales & lettings coordinator to take over and grow an already established department.

Responsibilities of Sales and Lettings Coordinator
Generate new and repeat business opportunities
Appraisals, instructions, viewing and lets
Take deposits and record receipt of all monies
Progress transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide practical solutions to Landlords
Customer focused
Speaking daily to Vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants
Property management and dealing with day to day maintenance
Renewals, Inspections
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
