We are currently looking for a motivated sales & lettings coordinator to take over and grow an already established department.

Requirements of Sales and Lettings Coordinator

  • Target driven and competitive

  • Previous experience in Estate Agency

  • Resourceful and able to work on own initiative

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence

Responsibilities of Sales and Lettings Coordinator

  • Generate new and repeat business opportunities

  • Appraisals, instructions, viewing and lets

  • Take deposits and record receipt of all monies

  • Progress transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Provide practical solutions to Landlords

  • Customer focused

  • Speaking daily to Vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants

  • Property management and dealing with day to day maintenance

  • Renewals, Inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
