Leonie joined Residential Estates in February 2024 as our Short Term Lets and Lettings Coordinator. With a background in high-level customer care at Harrods and experience in property and legal development within a call centre environment, Leonie brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to her role.

She is passionate about matching tenants with the right properties and ensuring landlords achieve the best possible rental outcomes. Leonie plays a key role in managing short term lets across multiple locations, while also facilitating a smooth and successful transition for both landlords and tenants. Her competitive nature drives her to meet ambitious targets and continuously improve service standards.

Outside of work, Leonie enjoys relaxing with arts and crafts and spending summer days fishing with her partner.
