Jade joined Residential Estates in January 2024 as our Customer Care Executive. After graduating with a BSc in Criminology and Psychology, she pursued her passion for property and began her career in the industry with Residential Estates.

In her role, Jade focuses on delivering exceptional client service by building strong, lasting relationships with buyers and sellers alike. She works closely with solicitors and clients to manage the after-sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient sale progression from offer to completion. Jade takes pride in making the experience as stress-free as possible, providing clear communication and support at every step.

Her approachable nature and attention to detail help ensure that every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their property journey.

Outside of work, Jade enjoys reading and spending time outdoors, especially walking her dog Audrey along the beach and through country parks.
