Ian joined Residential Estates in July 2022 as our Marketing Assistant, bringing with him over 18 years of experience in the hospitality and logistics industry, where he managed large-scale functions and events with precision and creativity. His professional background, combined with his technical expertise in multimedia and IT, has made him a valuable asset to the marketing team.

At Residential Estates, Ian leads key initiatives including our affiliate marketing and digital strategy, with a particular passion for designing and developing user-friendly, high-impact websites. His creative vision and technical know-how help to enhance the online presence of our services and investment opportunities.

Ian is especially fascinated by the Short Term Let model – he enjoys understanding how regeneration and urban development contribute to STL growth and long-term value. His deepening understanding of the property sector has fuelled his own ambitions to become a property investor in the future.

Outside of work, Ian is a hands-on DIY enthusiast. Whether he’s building guitars, model railways, or tackling new creative projects, he’s always working on something innovative and rewarding.
