With a rich and varied background in customer service, Danielle brings a wealth of experience to her role as Aftersales Manager at Residential Estates. Her career began in the hospitality industry as a professionally trained chef, before transitioning to front-of-house management across bars, restaurants, and large-scale hotel events. She later managed hotel health clubs and spas, working as a personal trainer, swim teacher, and fitness instructor of Pilates, yoga, and step aerobics.

After over a decade of hospitality and wellness, Danielle made a dynamic shift into the property sector, where her passion for client service and operational excellence continues to shine. In her current role, she oversees the journey from sale to exchange and completion, helping clients prepare their properties for short-term lets or future ventures. She thrives on providing tailored support through every step of the process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Danielle is known for her tenacity and dedication to continual learning. She embraces the ever-changing nature of the investment property market and takes pride in staying ahead of industry developments - empowering clients with the latest tools and insights.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys a quieter pace of life. A creative at heart, she spends her free time crafting, planning and upcycling furniture. She finds peace in nature and loves fishing and travelling through the remote corners of Scotland.
