Short Term Lets

Alicia joined Residential Estates in July 2019 as our Short Term Lets Coordinator, bringing with her a solid background in both student and professional lettings, as well as hands-on experience managing Airbnb properties. With a university degree in Fashion and Business and over a decade in customer service, Alicia combines strong organisational skills with a natural flair for client care.

In her role, Alicia is responsible for coordinating short term stays for both corporate and leisure guests, ensuring each booking is handled with efficiency and attention to detail. She works closely with relocation companies, landlords, and guests to match people with the right properties while maintaining excellent service standards. From liaising with property owners and overseeing maintenance to uploading listings on online travel agents (OTAs), Alicia plays a key role in keeping our STL operations running smoothly.

Her passion lies in the dynamic nature of the short term letting industry - where no two days are the same. She thrives in the fast-paced environment, managing a diverse portfolio of properties across various locations and interacting with guests.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, Lola - often taking trips to Chester Zoo.
