Phil joined Residential Estates' Investments Team at the start of 2020. He has many years of experience within the property industry.
Phil is passionate about property and building successful working relationships with his clients. He has slowly built up his own portfolio over the years and helps clients looking to do the same by using his own first-hand experience to help guide clients to avoid issues he personally experienced. Phil has knowledge and experience in every sector of the property market both in the UK and overseas.
Prior to joining Residential Estates, Phil had spent several years working as a self-employed property consultant. His previous roles included working in major cities and towns across the UK over a 13 year period including London, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham, acting as a property developments advisor.
Now as one of our trusted investment consultants, Phil is responsible for calling and managing his own client database. He works alongside clients hoping to purchase investment properties and supports them throughout their property journey helping them find the right property to make their investment a success.
Phil has a business and management diploma obtained at Chester College and out of work, enjoys family time and following his favourite football team, Liverpool FC.
