Short Term Lets

Natalie joined Residential Estates in January 2014 and plays a pivotal role as our Office Manager. With over a decade of prior experience as an Area Manager in the retail sector, she brought with her a wealth of leadership, organisational, and customer service expertise that has become instrumental to the success of our operations.

In her role, Natalie oversees the smooth day-to-day running of the office, ensuring all internal processes function efficiently across departments. She also manages our Short Term Lets department, coordinating closely with tenants, landlords, property owners, agencies, and guests to maintain the highest standards of service. Natalie’s hands-on approach and commitment to excellence help create a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her two children, running marathons, and climbing mountains, such as the Yorkshire Three Peaks.
