Gemma joined Residential Estates as a Property Manager for Hull.

Gemma has worked in the property sector since lockdown, after deciding in a change of career. She started initially as a lettings consultant in York for Churchills estate agents and moved on to CityLets as a serviced lets advisor. She has built up her knowledge over the years before moving back to Hull with her partner and son.

As Property manager for Hull, Gemma is responsible for maximising occupancy at the properties, responding to guest enquiries, overseeing property maintenance and much more.

In Gemma’s spare time she likes to spend time with her friends and family and explore new places.
