Emily joined Residential Estates as a short-term lettings coordinator in the Summer of 2023.

Prior to joining Residential Estates, Emily worked as a sales associate for Oakley. At her time at Oakley Emily learnt the importance of customer service which is something she is looking to expand in her role at Residential Estates.

Originally from North Wales, Emily started to get interested in the short-term letting industry due to the large number of holiday homes in the area. In her role at Residential Estates, she will be able to put this interest to good use by working with landlords and guests. Her main roles will be ensuring that the properties meet with the specific expectations of the people booking. Emily also manages the short-term letting platforms, housekeeping, property maintenance, answering daily enquiries and arranging appointments.

In her spare time, Emily can be found touring the country in her camper van (especially returning to North Wales) and spending time with her family and friends.
