Allison joined Residential Estates as Investment Consultant in September 2020 with many years of experience in the property industry.
Prior to joining Residential Estates' Investments Sales Team, Allison worked for a variety of British-owned corporate property investment companies, independents, and owned her own company.
She has sourced, promoted and negotiated all of the overseas merging markets, living in Spain for 10 years, and regularly working in neighbouring Portugal, Italy and Cape Verde. Allison also lived in Dubai for 18 months, working for a British Estate Agency and also sold emerging Egyptian hotspots to UK investors.
Allison spent the last 9 years working for a long-established Manchester-based property investment company as Agent Manager & Sales Executive, selling UK buy-to-let investments and gained experience working as an Investor Relationship Officer on FCA regulated property platforms. Allison's property background has introduced her to developers, investors, and fund managers from around the world.
In her spare time, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs, visiting nice restaurants & eateries, and overseas holidays.
