Andrew joined Residential Estates in 2018 as our Business Development Manager, bringing over 28 years of in-depth property industry experience to the role.

After earning his BSc in Land Administration, Andrew began his career in residential estate agency, a field he worked in until 2004. He later transitioned into property investment sales, working with another investment firm before joining Residential Estates. Between 1990 and 2012, Andrew also spent a significant amount of time renovating properties, initially alongside his full-time role and later of a full-time basis. These projects often involved complete refurbishments - from rewiring and replumbing to installing new kitchens, bathrooms, and carrying out full internal finishes.

Since joining Residential Estates, Andrew has played a key role in supporting the investments team. His current responsibilities include managing agents and resale properties, as well as expanding the company’s network of agents both in the UK and internationally. He focuses particularly on developing relationships in the Middle East and Far East, working closely with partners to promote and sell Residential Estates’ developments to global investors.

Andrew’s expertise lies not just in his longevity in the industry, but in the breadth of his experience across sales, development, and investment. He’s passionate about maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced industry and prides himself on delivering honest, knowledgeable advice to clients and partners alike.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys being outdoors - often walking his dogs or fishing for his supper.
