Paul joined Residential Estates in 2016. He has been actively involved with property sales since 2003 and has gained experience in all areas of the business, as well as an in-depth knowledge of how the market works. Paul applies this knowledge to both the investment and short-term lets departments, contributing to both their successes. In his spare time you can find him looking for adventures in the world of long distance cycling.
Natalie joined Residential Estates in 2014 as Short-Term Lets Manager. Natalie's previous experience working in retail management has equipped her with the skills to successfully manage our apartments in the North West. Outside of Residential Estates, Natalie has two children to keep her busy and is looking forward to taking part in the Chester Half Marathon.
Stephen joined Residential Estates in 2019. He has over fourteen years of experience in the lettings industry previously dealing with many corporate clients and overseeing a portfolio of over 2000 properties. Stephen enjoys strengthening current relationships with existing clients and seeking to generate new business for our Short-Term Lets department. Outside of work, Stephen is an avid fan of all sports, especially football where he is a season ticket holder at Tranmere Rovers.
Alicia has a BSc Degree in Marketing and Management in Fashion Textiles from the University of Manchester. Having worked in student and professional lettings for a few years, she has knowledge about lettings and the customer service industry. Since moving to Wales, Alicia has transferred her experience to the short-term lets industry and now applies her expertise to the department’s administration. In her spare time, Alicia loves spending time with her friends and family and exploring new places.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment in Halo recently. Good value for money. Great location, just a few minutes to walk to the major shopping areas as well as to all the nice restaurants and bars in the Northern Quarter, but still quiet at night. With parking, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and not to forget exceptional service I can only recommend to stay there. Just booked it again for our next trip to Manchester ;)
