Our Development & Acquisitions Manager and resident super cyclist, Paul Winder has been cycling 1258 miles or, 2024 Kilometres in the Pan Celtic Race, to raise money for the local charity, Tiny Steps.
Tiny Steps aim is to provide a sensory play area and social cafe for children and young people with additional needs and their families in the Northwich/Winsford area in Cheshire West and Chester. They are a non-profit making charity run by volunteers and are heavily reliant on donations which makes Paul's ride and fundraising so important.
The ride itself has seen Paul ride from Cornwall to Llandudno over the course of 10 grueling days, camping and eating on the road during the race, through rain, heat and exhaustion.
As you can imagine, this is a huge achievement and we're all incredibly proud of Paul for completing such a gargantuan task, and for such a good cause.
