I’m here in Preston City Centre, although it doesn’t really look too much like a city centre. We’re here at Winckley Square, which is a beautiful park right in the centre of the city, only yards away from the shops and the high street.
We have got two developments that we sell here, too my right; Guild House. And to my left; Winckley House.
Winckley House here has ninety-two apartments, one, two- and three-bedroom apartments starting off at £70,500 for a studio, up to £90,000 for a one bed and £112,500 for a two bed.
Guild House again has one, two- and three-bedroom apartments, we only have the studios, one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments left for sale. Our one beds start from £88,000. The studio apartments are around £66,000 and the two beds are around £112,000.
