Bank of England Freezes Interest Rates!

Today, the bank of England announced that they were holding interest rates, holding the current record low rate of 0.1%, although they hinted that this could change in the coming months.  The pound fell by nearly 1% against the dollar to $1.3556 following the Bank's decision, reflecting the fact that investors had bet on a rate rise.

Financial markets expect the interest rate to hit 1% by the end of next year, possibly as early as December.

For investors, this shows the true value of property as rents and property values continue to rise, making their money work harder for them.

To take advantage of this, there's never been a better time to move from banking your savings, to investing them in property and avoiding the low rates of interest currently in place.
